- Monitoring work output from beginning to completion, ensuring progress is recorded and communicated regularly.
- Acting as the first point of contact for operations colleagues, to help provide resolutions to any issues.
- Processing, raising and closing traffic management, footway, road closures, notice and permit requests.
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…
- Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, where you have assessed and made quick decisions.
- Highly developed organisational and communication skills and an enjoyment of dealing with lots of different people.
- Computer literacy and being customer oriented are a pre-requisite.
