We are actively seeking experienced Streetworks Administrators to join our team. Our administrators, planners, and coordinators play a vital role in our daily operations, helping us manage and deliver services effectively, no matter the challenge.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in:

  • Sending permit notifications to highways authorities within the legal timeframes.
  • Monitoring queues within the Depotnet system to ensure actual starts, work stops, and reinstatement registrations are completed as required.
  • Completing daily housekeeping checks within Depotnet and Aurora to ensure all permits are actioned correctly.
  • Tracking work progress from start to completion, ensuring updates are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues within operations, helping to provide timely resolutions to queries and issues.
  • Processing, raising, and closing traffic management requests, including notices, permits, footway and road closures.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the team and with other departments to support the effective delivery of our services, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
