The Role: Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Reinstatement Supervisor to join our team, to be responsible for ensuring reinstatement works are carried out safely and to the highest standards. Here are just a few of the activities you’ll be involved in:

  • Coaching, mentoring and managing several Reinstatement teams
  • Attending site meetings and liaising with Highways, to ensure works are planned effectively, including resourcing, plant and materials
  • Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes
  • Reduce S74s, defects
