People who appreciate their role in helping others to be successful We are actively seeking experienced Streetworks Administrators to join our team. Our administrators, planners, and coordinators play a vital role in our daily operations, helping us manage and deliver services effectively, no matter the challenge. Here are some of the activities you will be involved in Sending permit notifications to highways authorities within the legal timeframes. Monitoring queues within the Depotnet system to ensure actual starts, work stops, and reinstatement registrations are completed as required. Completing daily housekeeping checks within Depotnet and Aurora to ensure all permits are actioned correctly. Tracking work progress from start to completion, ensuring updates are accurately recorded and communicated. Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues within operations, helping to provide timely resolutions to queries and issues. Processing, raising, and closing traffic management requests, including notices, permits, footway and road closures. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the team and with other departments to support the effective delivery of our services, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate Extensive experience in streetworks administration, ideally within the utilities or engineering sectors. You will need to be confident in making decisions within a fast paced environment and able to manage both planned and reactive situations to ensure deadlines are met. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages is essential for this role. You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, along with highly developed written and verbal communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service is essential, and you should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
