If you enjoy a hands‑on role and don\’t mind working outdoors in all weather conditions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You’ll be paired with a highly experienced team leader who will support your development in the world of clean water.

Here are some of the activities you will get involved in…

  • Excavating and laying new clean water mains
  • Butt welding and Electrofusion of new HDPE mains
  • Installation of Ductile Iron water mains
  • Installation of new water services
  • Checking equipment and systems are fit for use, maintained and fully operational
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Clancy Group health, safety and environmental regulation

Previous experience in water network main laying, along with a solid understanding of the construction and water industry. CAT and Genny training is required, as well as a full, clean driving licence. An NRSWA qualification is highly desirable, along with experience in deep excavation work and knowledge of mainlaying and undertaking connections onto existing water assets.
