The role… We've invested in a comprehensive behavioural safety and cultural programme and are now looking for someone who can deliver it across the business whilst helping us embed long-term, sustainable change.
You'll deliver engaging training and facilitation sessions to a wide variety of audiences, adapting your approach to ensure the message resonates whether you're speaking with operatives on site, managers in the business or members of the leadership team.
Alongside delivery, you'll help develop our internal capability through a train-the-trainer approach, ensuring the programme continues to grow and evolve as our business does.

Delivering behavioural safety training across multiple sites and business areas.
- Facilitating engaging sessions that encourage discussion, challenge perceptions and influence behaviours.
- Building credibility and trust with colleagues at every level of the organisation.

- Working with operational, health and safety, learning and development and leadership teams.
