We have an opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our friendly team, supporting South West Water.
You will be collaborating with colleagues to prepare and analyse data, a business-critical activity, that provides our commercial management team with accurate insight and information, before making decisions that will positively impact our financial and operational performance.
Here are some of the activities you will be involved with...
- Updating commercial dashboards ready for weekly commercial calls, key for stakeholder engagement and management.
- Overall volumes analysis and validation each week.
- Minute taking in meetings to ensure all actions covered.
- Month end reporting.
- Assessing value of work complete using schedule of rates
- Ensure that each job has the correct job specification and the correct information included in the log before submitting to client including photos and signed Q& As from the supervisor
- Confirm that each job is priced, reviewed and submitted within 30 days
