As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll use data, digital tools, and hands-on insight to help drive smarter, safer ways of working. It's a varied role where you'll grow your skills, get out on site, and make a real impact from day one.
Here are some of the activities you'll be involved in:
- Analysing data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Building dashboards and reports to support day-to-day decisions
- Supporting teams with tools like Depotnet, GIS, and GPS systems
- Managing drone flights and photogrammetry across operational sites
- Getting out on site to gather imagery, capture data, and gain insight
- Helping to embed digital tools and best practice across the business
You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with colleagues across engineering, delivery, and digital. We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:
- You're proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused, with a natural curiosity and a desire to learn.
- You're confident with data, know your way around tools like Excel and Power BI, and you can explain your findings clearly to different audiences.
You'll also need:
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A full UK driving licence (as site visits are part of the role)
- Ideally, a background or interest in utilities or infrastructure
