The Clancy Group is seeking a Senior Behavioural Safety Trainer to lead a company-wide behavioural safety programme from Harefield. You’ll design and deliver engaging sessions for operatives, managers and leaders to embed safe behaviours as a natural part of work.
Working with operations, health and safety, learning and development and leadership teams, you’ll train internal trainers and help shift attitudes, building credibility and lasting cultural change across our sites.
