The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised, people-focused colleague to provide project management cover across our Business Systems team while a member of the team is on maternity leave (August - February). You’ll join a friendly and well-respected team, keeping things moving, making sure projects stay on track, the right people are talking to each other, and nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a role where you’ll keep plans up to date, flagging risks early, and helping deliver change smoothly. If you’re organised, a confident communicator and someone who enjoys bringing order to busy workloads, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping key business systems projects on track, with clear timelines and priorities
  • Supporting our ERP (IFS Cloud) and improvement activity so delivery continues without disruption
  • Maintaining project plans and documentation (plans, RAID logs, RACI) so progress and risks stay visible
  • Acting as a coordination point between IT, Finance, Operations and functional teams
  • Spotting, tracking and escalating risks and issues before they become blockers
  • Supporting governance and change control (including CAB) and helping coordinate testing, readiness and sign‑off
  • Helping keep stakeholders informed and engaged

Qualifications

  • A naturally organised approach and the ability to juggle several things at once
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with people across the business
  • A calm, practical mindset and comfortable with change and happy to adapt
  • Good attention to detail and a drive to see things through
  • An interest in how systems, processes and projects come together
  • Experience of coordinating projects, working to deadlines, or supporting system or process change
