We are ambitious. That's why we need people like you to help us. As an Estimator, you'll be at the heart of our commercial operations—calculating accurate, sustainable, and competitive prices for tenders that drive our business forward.

Here are just some of the activities you will be involved in:

• Reviewing and analyzing tender documents.
• Attending site visits with the bid team.
• Agreeing and signing off resource requirements and outputs.
• Ensuring pricing for goods and services is accurate and well understood.
• Producing Bills of Quantities and cost build-ups for all activities.
• Managing risk registers and compiling pricing clarifications.
• Supporting tender adjudication meetings and post-tender negotiations.

We'd love to hear from you if:

• You are an experienced Estimator with a strong background in delivering accurate, sustainable, and competitive pricing within the civil engineering industry.
• You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess complex tender requirements effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a proactive and accountable approach.
• You are confident in working collaboratively with teams, ensuring all pricing and resource requirements are well understood and agreed upon.
• A solid understanding of contract terms and conditions, such as NEC 4, JCT, and ICE, is required to ensure compliance and accuracy in pricing structures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, which will enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
