The Role
We\’re on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Delivery Manager to lead the charge on vital IMR WR serviceability parcels – including CCTV investigations, sewer cleansing, and defect resolution – across the region. This is your chance to make a real difference by driving quality, safety, and performance, all while keeping a sharp eye on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You\’ll be at the centre of our operations, coordinating people, contractors and performance insight to keep the water recycling network flowing smoothly and sustainably.
Here are some of the activities you\’ll be involved in…
- Taking full accountability for the delivery and quality of your assigned work parcels.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance across all your projects
- Leading the development of clear, standardised performance reporting tools.
- Managing resource planning to ensure we\’re operationally ready, every single day.
- Playing a key role in contractor onboarding, performance, and ongoing improvement.
- Championing Health & Safety across your team – including running regular standdowns and embedding our \”Safer Every Day\” culture.
- Supporting and developing your team, ensuring they\’re equipped, engaged, and empowered.
- Collaborating closely with asset owners to prioritise delivery that reduces risk and boosts performance across the WR network.
