We are committed to delivering clean, reliable water services to our communities, and we are looking for a Supervisor to join our team working with Thames Water. You will play a key role in leading your teams to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
People who enjoy getting things done and who appreciate their role in helping others to be successful. You have previous experience in a supervisory role within the water or construction sector, ideally delivering clean water or mains renewal projects. You will hold a full, clean UK manual driving licence and have the relevant site‑based qualifications, including Streetworks Supervisor (NRSWA) and SMSTS. A good working knowledge of water hygiene, service avoidance, and first aid is essential, along with the ability to lead teams safely and effectively in a live operational environment. Strong communication, organisation and IT skills (including Microsoft Office) will support success in this role. In this fast‑paced environment, your health and safety expertise, combined with a practical, hands‑on leadership style, will be key to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
