Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of plant hire
- Take delivery of new stock, checking all delivery notes and reporting any discrepancies
- Undertake regular and frequent inspections of stores, buildings and external storage compounds
- Maintain a safe and tidy store area in accordance with health & safety practices
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
- Assist with quarterly and full stock taking activities
- Loading and offloading of vehicles by forklift, once training has been completed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Full clean UK manual driving licence
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology and familiar with water fittings
- Client-focused with a 'get it right first time' attitude
- Telehandler licence is a must for this role
