We have an exciting opportunity for a Developer Services Supervisor to join our Southern Water team. This is a fantastic chance for a driven and proactive individual to build experience across all areas of the team, gaining valuable exposure and developing new skills along the way. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed and grow in the role.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in supporting our service connection teams, helping to successfully deliver for new development projects.
- Assist site supervisors in their day-to-day operations, ensuring work runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, maintaining a professional approach at all times.
- Carry out pre-site visits ahead of dig teams attending, ensuring all relevant health and safety documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and wider teams to support successful project delivery.
Qualifications
We need determined and motivated individuals who can help us deliver critical work on behalf of our customers.
- Strong foundation in IT and Microsoft Office.
- Confident communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach.
- Experience within the water industry is beneficial, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and develop in this area.
- Ability to take pride in delivering quality work, approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Enjoy working collaboratively, take ownership of responsibilities, and be motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
