About the Role

A recognised law firm in central London are expanding with a new position for a motivated Secured Lending Paralegal to join their busy Banking & Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience within a high performing, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting solicitors with secured lending transactions
  • Drafting and reviewing security documents and ancillary paperwork
  • Conducting due diligence, searches, and document management
  • Liaising with lenders, borrowers, and external counsel
  • Managing post completion formalities, including registrations
  • Maintaining accurate records and transaction checklists

About You

  • Previous experience within secured lending, banking, finance, or commercial property
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, team-oriented and eager to develop legal knowledge
  • LPC/SQE or relevant legal qualification
