My client is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Liverpool office. The successful candidate will handle a variety of property transactions, ensuring smooth, timely completions while maintaining excellent client relationships. This role requires a thorough understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
  • Advising clients on legal aspects of buying, selling, and leasing property
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Conducting property searches and reviewing title deeds
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Managing risk and providing clear legal advice to clients
  • Keeping up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in conveyancing
  • 5+ years PQE
  • Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines
  • Client-focused approach with a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
