My client is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Liverpool office. The successful candidate will handle a variety of property transactions, ensuring smooth, timely completions while maintaining excellent client relationships. This role requires a thorough understanding of property law and conveyancing processes, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish
- Advising clients on legal aspects of buying, selling, and leasing property
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
- Conducting property searches and reviewing title deeds
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Managing risk and providing clear legal advice to clients
- Keeping up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with experience in conveyancing
- 5+ years PQE
- Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures
