The Opportunity
My client is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (ILEX) to join their expanding team in Dudley, as part of the continued growth of the newly expanded office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of their presence in the region within a highly respected Legal 500 firm.
As a senior member of the team, you will handle a broad caseload of both commercial and civil litigation matters, and be actively involved in business development to support their strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied and complex caseload of litigation matters, including:
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Property litigation
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Providing high-quality, commercially focused advice to clients across a range of sectors
- Taking a lead role in client relationship management and service delivery
- Contributing to the firm’s business development efforts and helping to grow our client base in the West Midlands
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members as required
The Ideal Candidate
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (ILEX) with a minimum of 8 years\\\’ post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable expertise across a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters
- A commercially-minded and technically strong Solicitor with the confidence to manage your own caseload independently
- Excellent client care, negotiation, and communication skills
- A proactive approach to business development and building long-term client relationships
- Strong commitment to high standards of service and professional excellence
