💰 £30,000 – £40,000 + 20% Commission

Are you a seasoned recruitment consultant with a knack for delivery, looking for a role without the pressure of business development? We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus purely on delivering top talent within the nuclear sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ End-to-End Delivery – Managing the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer stage.

✅ Candidate Engagement – Proactively identifying, qualifying, and managing nuclear professionals for live vacancies.

✅ Stakeholder Management – Working closely with key client contacts to ensure seamless hiring.

✅ Pipeline Management – Maintaining strong talent pools for future roles.

✅ Market Insight – Keeping up to date with industry trends, salary expectations, and competitor activity.
