This is a 9AM - 5PM role, with no weekend work involved. Great work-life balance!

You’ll be a sympathetic ear to our customers, who have found themselves in a vulnerable position due to their vehicles being damaged. Empathise, take down repair information on their motor, and arrange the hire or repair handling process. We have a team in place, who will take all details of the damage, and then pass across to you to then speak with garages and arrange repairs, then updating the clients. Essentially you’ll have teams making your role easy, and will be the one customers are grateful for, having made the repair process, and getting back on the road possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound only calls - no sales involved
  • Manage the bookings of repairs
  • Monitor progress and update clients
  • Provide reports to the team manager
  • Make calls to garages, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships with garages and clients

We are a business who specialise in various different aspects of law support. This means as an ever growing, and expanding company you can get your foot through the door and learn about the law and legal field, moving up or around the business if you desire. We have a personal injury, workplace injury and road traffic accidents division, so the possibilities are endless for you. There is a reason we’ve been operating for over 20 years, and continue to beat everyone in our field, supporting a record number of claimants!

Incentives include:

  • Your birthday off work every year
  • Constant team incentives, games, and rewards to motivate you
  • Regular staff nights out
  • Extra holidays added to your holiday allowance for good attendance
  • Employee of the Month scheme
  • Dress down Fridays
  • Your child’s first day of school off work
  • Company social events all paid for (this may include overnight stays)

The role is mainly phone calls and emails – so a professional manner, an ability to build relationships, and being customer focused is imperative. Candidates from a hire, claims, customer service, contact centre and motor insurance background desired.

We can offer immediate interviews, and starts, so please apply now to be considered.
