Location: South UK (Travel Required)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + Benefits & Bonus

Travel-Based Role

We are looking for an experienced RICS Registered Valuer to join a growing property consultancy, delivering high-quality residential property valuations across the South of England. This role offers the opportunity to work independently, manage your own schedule, and assess a diverse range of properties.

Responsibilities

• Conducting residential property valuations for secured lending, investment, development, and other purposes.
• Producing comprehensive, RICS-compliant valuation reports with accuracy and professionalism.
• Travelling across the South UK region to inspect properties and liaise with clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders, developers, investors, and private clients.
• Keeping up to date with market trends, property legislation, and RICS best practices.

Requirements

• RICS Registered Valuer with proven experience in residential property valuations.
• RICS, MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
• Strong market knowledge and the ability to analyse data to provide accurate valuations.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the South UK region.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
