🚀 Marketing Executive – Lead Generation Focus

📍 Manchester (Hybrid) | 💰 £30,000 – £35,000 DOE + Bonus

We’re hiring at The City Recruiter! We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Executive who knows how to build pipeline and open doors — not just create brand awareness.

If you\’re experienced in cold email outreach, LinkedIn automation, and tools like Clay (or similar), and you\’re obsessed with data-driven outreach campaigns that actually get results, then this one’s for you.

What you\’ll be doing:

• Designing and executing cold outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn
• Using tools like Clay, Instantly or similar to automate and scale outreach
• Segmenting and building prospect lists, writing punchy copy, and running A/B tests
• Working closely with recruiters and leadership to generate warm leads
• Keeping CRM and campaign dashboards tidy and accurate

You’ll need:

• Proven experience in cold outreach and automation tools
• Proficiency with Clay (or similar lead enrichment tools)
• Hands-on experience with tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Waalaxy, Apollo, etc.
• Strong copywriting skills – subject lines and hooks matter
• A creative and tech-savvy mindset — we want someone who tests, tracks, and tweaks!
