We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Insolvency Team Manager to lead a high-performing team of nine sales agents within our Leeds office. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, ensuring exceptional service quality, and supporting businesses through the insolvency process with professionalism and integrity. You will play a key part in developing your team’s capability, ensuring compliance, and optimising operational performance while fostering a positive, solutions-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 9 commercial sales agents to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance trends, and implement action plans to drive improvements
- Ensure all cases are managed efficiently, ethically, and in line with regulatory requirements
- Support the team in managing complex insolvency cases, providing guidance and expert insight
- Foster a strong team culture focused on quality, compliance, and customer care
- Deliver regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and ongoing development opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify process enhancements to improve service delivery and commercial outcomes
