About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Paralegal to join our legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment. You will work closely with experienced solicitors, providing support across a range of legal matters while developing your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with case management, including preparing case files and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
  • Liaising with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders professionally and promptly.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal correspondence and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks, such as document management and file organization.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Managing vehicle damage claims, including gathering evidence, negotiating settlements, and liaising with clients.
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate compliance with court directions and client care standards.

Requirements:

  • A recent law graduate (LLB, GDL, or LPC) with a strong academic background.
  • Interest in a career in Law, with customer service experience being a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
