Graduate Repairs Handler (Customer Service Based – Motor Industry)

Salary: £26,000 + Bonus

Location: Manchester City Centre

Hours: 9AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday (no weekends)

You won’t be alone – there’s a full support team in place to handle initial details, meaning your role focuses on managing repairs, maintaining relationships, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling inbound-only calls (no sales)
  • Arranging and booking vehicle repairs
  • Monitoring progress and updating clients regularly
  • Building relationships with garages and external stakeholders
  • Producing reports for your manager
