Graduate Repairs Handler (Customer Service Based – Motor Industry)
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 9AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday (no weekends)

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice that supports customers when their vehicles have been damaged. You’ll liaise with garages, arrange repairs, and keep clients updated throughout the process – making a real difference in getting people back on the road quickly.
You won’t be alone – there’s a full support team in place to handle initial details, meaning your role focuses on managing repairs, maintaining relationships, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound-only calls (no sales)
- Arranging and booking vehicle repairs
- Monitoring progress and updating clients regularly
- Building relationships with garages and external stakeholders
- Producing reports for your manager
