ÂŁ27,600 basic salary + monthly bonuses taking you to ÂŁ45,000 per year
Manchester City Centre
This role is a fantastic combination of sales & motor enquiries whilst being based in a leading law firm, who have been operating for over 20 years in the legal sector.
The first word that springs to mind with this business – personalities! This is such a fun loving group of individuals, who work hard and celebrate the wins. Enthusiasm, confidence, and bubbly personalities are what will fit into the team the best. You’ll have the best management support available, the best training, and a great set of colleagues who you will make friends for life with.
We will consider applicants from sales: You may not have the motor experience, however if you are from a sales background you’ll have the skills to be able to upsell on our services which includes hire cars, and repairs on their vehicles in our in-house garages across the UK. The easiest part about sales is when the customer has a need, and that’s exactly what this is. Your customers have damage on their vehicles and may even be undriveable so it’s important to offer the services they need to get customers back on the road safely. You’ll earn uncapped bonuses for every customer you pass across to hire or repairs.
We will consider applicants from motor claims: Answering calls from customers at “FNOL” stage means completing a full fact find on the damage and their needs. Your role will have an evidence element to it, as you’ll need to understand if there are any witnesses, or passengers, or if it was fault or non-fault. This means we can consider anyone from a similar claims role, who has dealt with claims at first stage in the past.
With both sales & claims management involved in the role; we are able to consider both!
- Employee of the month awards
- Lunches and treats provided in the office
- Day off for your birthday plus a gift
- Free access to well-being and mental health support
- Company social events all paid for (including overnight stays)
