Part-Time Finance Administrator
Location: Manchester (Office-based, 2 days per week)
Hours: 16 hours per week
Pay Rate: Β£12.21 per hour
Are you an organised and detail-focused individual with experience in finance administration? Weβre looking for a Part-Time Finance Administrator to support our busy recruitment agency in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process contractor timesheets and associated invoices accurately and on time
- Raise invoices for permanent recruitment placements
- Provide general administrative support to the wider agency team
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
- Assist with ad-hoc finance and admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts admin role
- Confident with invoice processing and timesheet management
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
