We’re partnering with an innovative, purpose-led business to find an Operations Director who’s ready to take the lead in building and scaling something truly transformational.

This is a unique opportunity to own the operational engine of a high-growth business from the ground up designing systems, leading rollout, and setting up for national (and global) expansion.

This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s build, innovate, grow, repeat.

As Operations Director, you’ll:

✅ Launch operations in new UK and international markets

✅ Design scalable systems across logistics, recruitment, onboarding, payments, and more

✅ Lead day-to-day execution of a fast-paced rollout plan

✅ Recruit, lead, and develop a growing operations team

✅ Collaborate closely with product, mental health, and barbering leads to align operations with vision

✅ Build performance dashboards and track key metrics to drive data-led decisions

✅ Support investor readiness by showing operational traction and scalability

✅ Prepare the business for future international expansion

We’re looking for someone who:

✔️ Has proven experience in a senior operations role at a startup or scaleup

✔️ Has launched and grown operational models from scratch

✔️ Thrives on building systems, solving problems, and optimising processes
