We are excited to announce a brand new opening for an experienced Credit Hire individual, who will join the business at Senior level as a Team Leader in the role. You\’ll be joining a company with over 20 years in the legal sector, with an already established team of high performers!

This is such a fun loving group of individuals, who work hard and celebrate the wins. Enthusiasm, confidence, and bubbly personalities are what will fit into the team the best. You’ll have the best handlers available, on your team, who with your motivation, training, and guidance will excel to the next level.
We are looking for individuals from claims, accident management, motor and law backgrounds.
Ideally we want to speak with individuals who have come from a claims background, understands how credit hire works, and has supported in a team leader capacity in the past.
Your role will consist of supporting a team of Credit Hire Claims Handlers who speak with insurers, understand if it\’s fault or non-fault, assess liability, and arrange replacement vehicles.
As a Team Leader you\’ll get involved with:
- Call listening and providing feedback
- Regular coaching sessions to improve your teams performance
- Support with 121\’s, promotions, and morning huddles to discuss the day ahead
- Ensure your team are meeting any targets or KPIs in place
- Motivate and guide the team to success
- Assist with any escalated calls when necessary
- Recognise good performance, dish out awards, and set incentives
