Overview
We are excited to announce a brand new opening for an experienced Credit Hire professional at Senior level as a Team Leader in Manchester City Centre. You will join a company with over 20 years in the legal sector, with an established team of high performers and a culture that values enthusiastic, confident, and bubbly personalities.
This role is suitable for individuals from claims, accident management, motor and law backgrounds who understand how credit hire works and have supported a team leader capacity in the past.
Base pay range
£30,000 and above (based on experience) bonuses included

With 1 position available, interviews are being conducted immediately.
Responsibilities
- Support a team of Credit Hire Claims Handlers who speak with insurers, assess fault vs non-fault, assess liability, and arrange replacement vehicles
- Call listening and providing feedback
- Regular coaching sessions to improve team performance
- Provide 1:1 coaching, support with 121s, promotions, and morning huddles to discuss the day ahead
- Ensure the team meets targets or KPIs and maintain high performance
- Motivate and guide the team to success
- Assist with escalated calls when necessary
- Recognise good performance, distribute rewards, and set incentives
Qualifications and experience
- Background in claims, accident management, motor, or law
- Understanding of how credit hire works
- Experience in a team lead or supervisory role
