We’re hiring a Creative Director to lead content production for a fast-growing digital business based in central Manchester. The company combines eCommerce, education, and personal branding – with over 2,000 active customers and a high-performing, founder-led team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on long-form video content for YouTube, with support across short-form content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll take full ownership of the creative process – from scripting and storytelling through to filming, editing, and delivery. The goal is to build a standout personal brand with a strong, consistent video presence. If you’ve worked in fast-paced creator-style environments and understand how to produce engaging, narrative-led videos, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the planning, production, and editing of long-form YouTube videos
  • Develop ideas, scripts, and visual styles that align with the founder’s personal brand and business goals
  • Oversee short-form content creation for social media, ensuring quality and consistency across all formats
  • Manage the full production process including lighting, sound, filming, editing, and set design
  • Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team to shape the overall content strategy

About you:

  • You’ve got experience producing high-quality video content, ideally in a digital-first or fast-growth business
  • You understand how to build and scale a personal brand through storytelling and video
  • You’re confident managing production from end to end, with a good eye for detail and a strong creative instinct
  • You’re hands-on, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
