The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are seeking an experienced surveyor to join our building surveying team, primarily as an expert witness but also undertaking a range of services including party wall, valuation, pre-purchase, heat loss and thermographic investigations as well as providing design input for various projects and developments.

This role will require a candidate with a strong building pathology background, proficient time management, professional approach and a passion for what they do.

Key responsibilities:
  • Carrying out a range of instructions and inspections and producing professional reports in accordance with agreed timescales and instructions received.
  • Liaising with administrative colleagues to organise appointments and preparation of the reports.
  • Responding to client queries and Part 35 Questions in a timely manner.
  • Other Building Surveying tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ideally have RICS accredited Building Surveying degree AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS, may consider MCIOB if suitably experienced.
  • Experienced in expert witness, party wall matters or pre-purchase surveys is ideal but training can be provided to candidates with suitable residential building pathology experience.
