We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and inspire our inbound and outbound sales team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive team performance, develop talent, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring they understand their targets and achieve SLA/KPIs.
  • Plan and implement weekly and monthly strategies based on performance analysis.

  • Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation.
  • Stay informed on campaign and company updates to ensure the team is aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales management role, leading teams to achieve targets.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other sales/telephony systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret MI and develop action plans.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Consistent, professional, and leads by example.
