Overview
Working with our exams team you will contribute towards the running and supervision of GCSE, A Level examinations and other assessment at the college. You will be responsible for the supervision of students including when they enter and vacate the exam room. Experience and an enhanced DBS would be advantageous, however full training will be given.

Responsibilities
- Understand and apply instructions with accurate attention to detail, in accordance with JCQ (ICE) regulations. Carry out sole invigilation or as part of an invigilation team.
- Assist with setting up examinations.
- Ensure the correct paperwork is completed accurately and retained in accordance with the Exam Office processes. Distribute and collate exam papers, ensuring candidates receive the correct assessment.
- Be vigilant at all times and able to act with authority when required, ensuring candidates comply with instructions. Demonstrate integrity and confidentiality.
- Carry out invigilation duties as required, either independently or as part of a team.

- Good computer literacy – ability to use current IT systems/packages.
