Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Waste Services through supporting the Senior Management team.
- Supervise and motivate a large frontline workforce delivering high quality services in Scotland’s Capital City.
- Embed new ways of working and engage constructively with frontline employees and Trade Union colleagues.
- Ensure priorities are delivered, standards are set and maintained in a challenging financial environment.
