Hermitage Park Primary School in Edinburgh is seeking a Class Teacher (Transition) to support Literacy, Numeracy and Health and Wellbeing across P5 to S3 within the Learning Community.

You will work with The City of Edinburgh Council priorities, implementing current curricular developments and collaborating with colleagues to raise attainment and to close the poverty-related attainment gap across our education establishments.
