The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Transition Teacher to work across Abbeyhill Primary School, Broughton Primary School, Leith Walk Primary School and Drummond Community High School within the Drummond Learning Community.
Fixed term until 29 June 2027. The role supports learning in Literacy, Numeracy and Health and Wellbeing, bridging primary and secondary settings and focusing on improving outcomes for P7-S1 learners before extending to P5-S3.
