The City of Edinburgh Council seeks a Class Teacher (Transition) to be based at Hermitage Park Primary School, 35 hours per week, salary £36,159 - £54,453. The post supports literacy, numeracy and Health and Wellbeing across P5 to S3 and oversees curricular transition within the Learning Community.
