James Gillespie’s Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic supervisory assistant to join our team on a fixed‑term basis to supervise in the lunch hall and playground.

Pre‑Employment Checks

To work with children and/or protected adults, candidates must join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check. If an applicant has spent a continuous period of three months or more outside the UK in the last five years, an overseas criminal record check is required. All checks must be satisfactory before a conditional offer is made.

Additional Information

Our salary range reflects the initial starting salary and increases annually until it reaches the top of the range. Happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
