The City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting a Senior Communications Officer on a fixed-term contract to 29 October 2027.

Based at Waverley Court, you will work 24.6 hours a week with a salary of £47,639–£56,392 pro rata.

You will lead internal communications, translate complex change programmes into clear content, and partner with HR to support colleague wellbeing and engagement across more than 19,000 staff.
