The City of Edinburgh Council invites applications for a Senior Communications Officer (Fixed term until 29 October 2027) to lead internal communications for over 19,000 colleagues across 750+ services.

Based at Waverley Court, you will shape how staff are informed and engaged during organisational change.

You will partner with Human Resources, translate complex change into clear content, and create campaigns across intranet, news site, events and video.
