Responsibilities:
- Ensure the ongoing health, safety and welfare of pupils.
- Assist pupils with additional support needs (e.g., Autism) to organise their day, engage in learning and follow instructions.
- Provide personal care support as required.
- Support the Enhanced Support team in delivering flexible learning pathways and championing the rights of all pupils.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience working as part of a school team.
- Experience supporting pupils with additional support needs, such as Autism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Commitment to championing the rights of all young people.
- Will join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Scheme or undertake an update check.
- Will provide an overseas criminal record check if required.
