Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and support learners with health care needs such as asthma and diabetes.
- Assist with classroom activities, helping children to use Gaelic in learning.
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and health observations.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fluency in Gaelic is required.
- Willingness to obtain a first aid qualification is desirable.
- Compliance with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 – required to join the PVG Scheme or obtain an updated check.
