We’re looking for an organised and technically literate Operational Support Assistant to join our Neighbourhood Environment Services team at Seafield Depot, Fillyside Road. In this vital role, you’ll help support the smooth running of frontline waste and cleansing operations by managing internal systems, analysing data, and ensuring accurate customer information.

Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth running of frontline waste and cleansing operations by managing internal systems, analysing data and ensuring accurate customer information.
  • Work closely with supervisors and managers to monitor performance, extract reports, manage enquiries and keep key systems updated.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT skills and ability to analyse data.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Organised and technically literate.

Benefits and Working Conditions

  • Salary: £27,257 – £29,850 per annum.
  • Hours: 36 per week.
  • Job schedule: Full time, permanent contract, 52 weeks per year.
