Modern Apprenticeship Plumber

New entrants can include school and college leavers, those with no previous work experience and/or vocational qualifications.

You will be required to serve a 4-year apprenticeship in Plumbing where you will learn through on site learning and academic study a range of essential skills and undertake plumbing work to a high standard, maintaining council properties. You will undertake an SVQ Level 3 /SCQ Level 6 passing all exams and standards required to qualify in this trade.

Applicants must have left secondary education in the past three years or currently on a City of Edinburgh Council employability training programme or aged up to 29.

Applicants must show a willingness to participate in a Modern Apprenticeship programme. Applicants must be willing to obtain a driving licence and must be able to travel to college.
