Bruntsfield Primary is seeking an organised and methodical Clerical Assistant to work collaboratively as a member of our established School Office team and support our experienced School Administrator. The role requires regular interaction with colleagues, pupils and parents both over the phone and in person, so strong interaction skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Undertake clerical duties within the school under the supervision of the School Administrator
- Assist in updating and maintaining all aspects of the SEEMIS computerised registration system
Salary: £26,806 – £27,032 (pro rata for part‑time and sessional)
Hours: 30 per week, 39 weeks sessional
