The predicted salary is between 39129 - 46023 £ per year.
As part of the team which provides ICT support and development activities for the key IT applications used within the Councils Social Care service areas, you will be involved in providing essential systems support to users, helping to deliver business change, and maintaining high standards of business-as-usual operations within the Team. The work you do will support the business areas who deliver key front-line services.
You will work closely with Reablement Services, supporting them in delivering core services and service improvement priorities. Key business systems you will use include TotalMobile for Reablement scheduling, the Swift/AIS case management application, the Mosaic case management application, and Ethitec Equipment Loan Management System.
Responsibilities- Provide essential ICT systems support to users and assist in delivering business change.
- Maintain high standards of day-to-day ICT operations (BAU) within the team.
- Collaborate with Reablement Services to support core services and service improvement priorities.
- Utilise and contribute to the enhancement of listed business systems (TotalMobile, Swift/AIS, Mosaic, Ethitec Equipment Loan Management System).
- Experience in ICT support and development contexts; ability to draw on and develop a range of existing skills.
- Willingness to grow knowledge of the ICT environment within the Council, particularly in the Reablement service area.
- Familiarity with the listed systems is advantageous.
