This is a fixed‑term (12 months) role with the City of Edinburgh Council. Two positions are available, with a contract end date of 13/07/2027.

Compensation & Working Hours

  • Salary: £34,452 – £40,501 (pro‑rated for part‑time)
  • Hours: 36 per week (part‑time possible, flexible arrangements available)
  • Location: Waverley Court

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Leads and Senior HR consultants in the HR Relationship team to support aligned services on change programmes, HR projects and campaigns.
  • Facilitate exit interview processes for leavers and support colleagues seeking redeployment.
  • Help deliver and maintain best practice HR standards and drive forward workforce plans.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for experienced HR consultants with a strong background in relationship management, change management and HR project delivery.
